Well, here it is. My newest shoe. Note I didn’t say shoes.
Yes, I hurt my foot. No Vibram Five Fingers for a while (at least on the right foot). And no barefooting either. And unfortunately, no running. Sigh.
The last week has been a jumble of emotions and thoughts and questions. Now I have to settle in for the long haul.
I’ll be blogging over the next few days about this unfortunate change in my running plans. I think I’ll call the series of posts “The Anatomy of an Injury”. Check back (or sign up for my RSS feed) to read about it, complete with pictures (including x-rays).
